What is the point in Eco Cleaning Products

There is a difference both for health and the environment. The elderly and children and also those with poor health are particularly vulnerable to chemicals. We offer an alternative way to have an uplifting environment that comes with a freshly cleaned home whilst using safe, natural, eco- friendly cleaning products.

Are you insured?

Yes, for your peace of mind we are insured with full public liability insurance.

Is it possible to have hygiene if I don’t use bleaches?

Hygiene is very important. We use an eco disinfectant and deodorizer in conjunction with our usual eco products that also have disinfecting properties.

We also bring freshly laundered quality microfiber cloths that remove 99% of bacteria in themselves. They are colour coded to ensure different cloths are used in different areas of the house.

We also use a freshly washed microfiber floor mop in each home. They are very hygienic as compared to string mops.

What training do you give?

We carefully train our staff with our methods even if they have prior cleaning experience. Our systems and techniques have developed over the past three years. Each cleaning trainee will complete product and service training knowledge with our trainer. Followed by one on one training and supervision for a period of time until we are sure they are keeping up the standards we offer. Our staff are also selected for their personal qualities to ensure they are dedicated and diligent so excellent service can take place every time.

What does the Initial Clean involve – Why does it cost more than the Regular Clean?

This is a deep down clean. Extra time is spent on everything. It includes everything provided in the regular clean and more. This cleaning is very detailed - but not to be mistaken for a spring clean. It always requires at least two cleaners and is focused to bring your home to a high standard of cleanliness.

What about the Regular Clean?

We dust, vacuum and clean your home to a high standard. If requested we can provide either an essential oil vaporizer during cleaning of your home. Or use our aromatherapy home conditioning spray to freshen and soothe the atmosphere of the home. We also provide the option of emptying your bathroom and kitchen waste and relining them with biodegradable bags.
